Full Spectrum LED Lighting for Aquarium Plants
Lighting is one of the most important factors in maintaining a successful planted aquarium. Aquatic plants require suitable light intensity and spectrum to support photosynthesis, healthy growth and natural colour development.
The Fluval Plant 4.0 LED uses a specially developed full spectrum incorporating six unique LED colour bands. These combine different colour temperatures and wavelengths to create lighting optimised for aquatic plant growth, colour and health.
The spectrum includes 3000K, 6500K and 15000K white LEDs together with pink, 460nm and 480nm LEDs. Rather than relying on a single type of white LED, this combination allows the Plant 4.0 to deliver a broad spectrum while also giving the aquarist control over how the aquarium looks.

New adjustable riser brackets are also included, allowing the vertical position of the light to be adjusted above the aquarium.
