The Ista CO2 Premium CO2 Cylinder Set 1L Face Up with refillable cylinder is the perfect CO2 plant fertilization supply set for larger sized aquariums. This set contains a 3 in 1 acrylic diffuser, high-quality CO2 flow regulator with pressure gauge and solenoid valve, 1L (800g) refillable CO2 cylinder and other accessories. Recommended for aquariums up to 400 litres.
The CO2 indicator will change colour depending on how much CO2 is in the water, also helping you dial in the right amount of CO2 for your plants.
The solenoid valve that controls the CO2 to be on or off can be controlled by an every day timer plug. Set the timer plug to turn the CO2 on an hour before your lights come on, then your aquarium water will be CO2 rich ready for the plants to uptake when the lights come on. Then set the CO2 to turn off an hour before your lights go off, this will extend the life of your CO2 as none will be wasted when the lights go off.
